Privacy Policy

Our privacy policy is plain and simple.We value our customers privacy as though it was our own. All customer information is strictly confidential.We will not share it with anyone in anyway period.


Orders may be canceled within 24 hours. Any orders cancelled after 24 hours will be processed and shipped.

Payment Methods

You may pay via Paypal a secure payment processing center. Paypal now offers one time credit card payment option. You no longer need a paypal account to send credit card payment. Paypal does not provide us with your credit card information. Or you can log in and use your existing Paypal account. Per Paypal's seller protection policy regulations we will only ship to CONFIRMED addresses. If you provide a non-confirmed address your order will be cancelled and your paypal funds refunded.

We also accept Money Orders(subject to authentication)

Cash- Local pick ups/delivery only.

Sales Tax will be added to all Iowa orders based upon where the item is delivered to.


Orders and Shipping

We accept orders placed via our website or phone. In most cases all items listed on the website are in stock and will ship within 2-4 Business Days. During busy times of year processing time may be longer. In the event that an item is out of stock and inadvertently left on the website we will contact you to and advise you of the delay and give the estimated shipping time. We will ask you whether you would like to continue your order or cancel it. Our shopping cart calculates shipping amounts through the real time calculators with USPS and UPS. You will have the option to choose your shipping method. We cannot be held liable for lost packages. UPS automatically includes insurance for the first $100. USPS insurance rates are available upon request.


PLEASE NOTE: certain products will NOT be shipped during hot summer months (June-August). We will take into consideration the temperature of the your location and how long it will be in route to you when we determine whether your item is safe to ship during those months. You will be notified and any payments returned if necessary. However it is best if you email us or call to inquire as to any shipping limitations regarding your purchase. Perfume misters must ship via Ground service. If you choose another option we will notify you of the change in delivery method and refund any difference in shipping charges.

We currently offer the following methods of shipping:

Priority Mail, and Express Mail

UPS Ground, 2nd Day Air

If you are in the Clinton area you also may arrange to pick up your item(during Craft Shows) or have it delivered.


Returns and Refunds

For your safety due to sanitary issues only defective or damaged shipments may be returned.

Please note: Since our products are handmade the appearance may very from batch to batch. Items containing Vanilla will discolor over time and will range from a very light pink to a dark chocolate brown in color. This is normal with Vanilla Fragrances and Fragrances that contain Vanilla.

Should you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately so we may resolve the issue as soon as possible. Refunds for defective or damaged in shipment merchandise must be requested within 24 hours of receipt.

If your package is damaged in shipping please keep all packaging material. USPS(insured only) and UPS will want to see them to investigate the claim. If you choose USPS and DO NOT purchase insurance we can not be held liable for damages, for this reason we suggest you purchase insurance for your USPS packages.

All returns must be pre-approved by us prior to returning. Please email or call us to receive that approval. Refunds will only be honored after the item has been returned to us for inspection. We will then credit you for the return shipping amount and send a replacement item or issue the refund.

We will do our best to find a solution, however we may choose to refuse the return. All decisions will be final.
